Wellness is a popular buzzword in today world but there's more to it than just hype. Every body is different and knowing our own is a worthy task. A wellness consultation is a great way to learn more about yourself and design your own path. As a vegan, marathon runner, certified personal trainer, and meditation leader I can help provide counseling and guidance as you pursue your version of wellness. I'm ready to help postpartum parents get back into their bodies after birth and explore simple motion and basic exercises with their babies or get you going on the path to your first race. We can talk about how to include more plant based meals into your diet or how to maintain proper nutrition if you're a full time vegan or vegetarian.
